(15:15) Desk Workout

15 minute workout sessions brought direct to the desk

Using the equipment in the office we have created a 15 minute desk workout: an injection of energy to revive your team ready to get back to high productivity. Simple and fun, this session focuses on teamwork, on working out the whole body and on going back into work fresh and re-focused.

The sequence is designed to be done sitting on chairs and standing. Staff do not need to get changed to participate.
